蘿蔔糕,10分鐘,就做好

材料:
白蘿蔔1個(約1斤)
臘腸2條
蝦米適量
急凍中蝦仁10隻

處理:
1. 白蘿蔔,去皮,切幼條,加入鹽半茶匙,撈勻,戴上透明膠手套,揸出水分,放入大碗內。
2. 臘腸及蝦米,預先蒸熟。
3. 蝦米,放入白蘿蔔內。
4. 臘腸,1條切開6小條,切細粒,放入白蘿蔔內。
5. 蝦仁,清水解凍,洗乾淨,廚紙索乾,1開2,放入白蘿蔔內。
6. 生粉2湯匙及麪粉1湯匙,攪勻,一半加入白蘿蔔內,加入胡椒粉1茶匙。
7. 戴上透明膠手套,撈勻白蘿蔔粉漿。
8. 白蘿蔔粉漿,搓成球狀,放碟上。

烹調:
1. 大火在鑊內燒熱油3湯匙。
2. 放蘿蔔球落鑊煎香,中慢火逐個逐個煎成餅狀。
3. 蘿蔔餅,一面煎至金黃色,反轉繼續煎。
4. 蘿蔔餅,兩面都煎至金黃色,擎乾油,放上碟。
5. 完成,可隨個人口味,伴辣椒醬食用。
6. 可享用。

Turnip cake, easy recipe
Get ready in 10 minutes

Ingredients:
White radish 1 No. (About 1 catty)
Chinese sausages 2 Nos.
Dried sea shrimps appropriate amount
Frozen shrimps 10 Nos.

Preparation:
1. The radish, get it peeled. Thinly shred. Add in 0.5 tsp of salt, mix well. Wear a pair of transparent gloves, squeeze it. Put it in a big bowl.
2. Chinese sausages and dried sea shrimps, steam well in advance.
3. Dried sea shrimps, put into the radish.
4. Chinese sausages, each one is to be divided into 6 shares. Dice in small cubes. Put into the radish.
5. Shrimps, defrost in tap water. Rinse with tap water. Dry with kitchen towels. Divide each into 2 shares and put into the radish.
6. Get 2 tbsp of tapioca starch and 1 tbsp of rice flour, mix well. Half is to be added into the radish. Add in 1 tsp of pepper.
7. Wear a pair of transparent gloves, mix the radish syrup well.
8. White radish syrup, make it in spherical shape. Put on plate.

Steps:
1. Heat up 3 tbsp of oil at high flame in wok.
2. Put radish balls in the wok. Fry well. Turn to medium-low flame and continue frying one by one into pancake shape.
3. Radish cake, one side has been fried into golden yellow, flip over and continue frying.
4. Radish cake, both sides have been fried into golden yellow, drain the oil. Put on plate.
5. Complete. Add in chili sauce upon personal favorites.
6. Serve.
