3 Easy Vintage Fluff Salads | WW friendly (Weight Watchers) Ambrosia, Pistachio and Pretzel Fluffs
These are 3 of my favorite vintage fluff salads that I have lightened up to make more WW friendly! They make a perfect easy side or dessert!

Ambrosia Salad
15 oz Drained, canned in juice, mandarin oranges (Hold back a few to garnish with if you wish)
1 cup Mini marshmallows
2 cups Fresh Pineapple, chopped into bit sized pieces
1 cup Grapes, chopped
1⁄2 cup Trader Joe's Shredded sweetened coconut
1 cup Plain fat free Greek yogurt
In a medium bowl, combine the oranges, pineapple, marshmallows and coconut. Add Greek yogurt and toss to mix. Cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight. Garnish with mandarin oranges and a maraschino cherry.

Pistachio Fluff:
1 cup Mini marshmallows
1 oz Fat-free sugar-free instant pistachio pudding mix
8 oz Kroger Fat free whipped topping
1⁄3 cup Chopped pecans (you can also use walnuts or pistachios) reserve 1 Tbsp to garnish with.
20 oz fresh pineapple, crushed in blender (this is the Nutribullet I have and love https://amzn.to/3KkCNUc ) *You can also use 28 oz crushed pineapple, canned in fruit juice , well drained.
Place pineapple and pudding into a medium mixing bowl and mix well. Add mini marshmallows and all but 1 tablespoon chopped pecans. Mix well. Fold in whipped topping.
Refrigerate Watergate Salad for at least 4 hours or overnight. Garnish with remaining chopped pecans and maraschino cherry.

Pineapple Pretzel Fluff
4 tbsp light butter spread, melted (I used Brummel & Brown Spread Made with Yogurt)
1⁄4 cup Truvia Sweet complete brown calorie free sweetener.
2 oz Pretzels, roughly broken up
1⁄2 cup no calorie stevia
8 oz 1/3 less fat than regular cream cheese
20 oz, Pineapple, diced
8 oz Kroger Fat free whipped topping
Preheat oven to 400°. Mix pretzels, melted butter and 1/4 cup brown sugar. Pour onto baking sheet and bake for 5-7 minutes. Cool completely. In a medium bowl, mix cream cheese and Stevia until creamy. Fold in pineapple and whipped topping. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 2-3 hours or overnight. To serve, break pretzel mixture up. Reserve some to garnish with and either fold in the remaining or add remaining to individual servings. Garnish with maraschino cherry.
