RED BEANS
• 1 lb dried red beans
• 8 cups chicken broth
• 1/2 yellow onion
• 2 stalks celery
• 1 bell pepper
• 3 cloves garlic
• 1 tsp cajun seasoning
• 1tsp oregano
• 1/2 tsp thyme
• 1 tsp tomato bullion (optional)
• 1 lb sausage

Put everything except sausage in slow cooker. Cook on low for 10 hours. 8 hours in add cooked sausage and finish cooking. Serve over rice.
