How To Make Sweetened Coconut Shreds - Homemade When Recipe Requires & Not Available In The Grocery

With what's going on, often times we can't find some of the baking ingredients we need that recipes require, at the grocery store.. so i thought i'd share how to make sweetened coconut at home. This natural sweetened coconut recipe worked for me, i have used it in baking muffins & cookies so i hope it will work for you too.
Shredded coconut can go bad specially when you have not dried the coconut shreds fully. So use it right away or make sure you have dried it fully and store in an airtight container.
