Lassi is very delicious, great for digestion, and is a healthy drink. I am sharing 3 different flavored lassi recipes in a very easy way. Refresh yourself any time with these creamy and cool lassi.


1- Plain Lassi Ingredients:
Whole milk (full cream) yogurt - 1 cup
Sugar - 3 tbsp or less
Green cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
Khoya (mawa) - 2 tbsp
Pistachio - 1 tsp

2- Mango Lassi Ingredients:
Whole milk (full cream) yogurt - 1 cup
Mango chunks - 1 cup
Sugar 2 tbsp
Pistachio - 1 tsp

3- Rooh-Afza Lassi Ingredients:
Whole milk (full cream) yogurt - 1 cup
Rooh-Afza syrup - 2 tbsp
Sugar - 1/2 tbsp
Pistachio - 1 tsp
Rose petals - 8-10
