Side view, photographers. SV. Marshal Nikolai Bulganin, Soviet Prime Minister arriving and getting out of car followed by Nikita Kruschev, the Communist Party's First Secretary. Bulganin and Kruschev walk towards camera, smiling. Soviet Minister of Foreign Affairs Vyacheslav Molotov walks into picture accompanied by Marshal Georgi Zhukov, Soviet Defence Minister. Bulganin disappears into doorway but is called out again by Kruschev and Molotov. They all face camera and smile happily. SV. Pan, US President Dwight Eisenhower arriving and getting out of car followed by Mr John Foster Dulles, American Secretary of State. Pan as they walk into building. Ike smiles and waves. GV.
