Prana & apana - the energies of creation and destruction - are crucial to our spiritual practice. As we receive the new, so we must release the old. This 20-minute kundalini yoga kriya - known as the kriya for prana/apana balance - guides us on this path and brings these two essential forces into balance.

As with all kundalini yoga kriyas please be careful with your body. Keep yourself safe from injury. If you feel dizzy, just take a moment or two out. Remember to drink plenty of water during and after your practice.
