This short kundalini yoga kriya - known as apana kriya - takes us through such a deep release, not just on the physical level, but on the energetic level too. Apana is the energy of elimination, and we're working with that energy to let go of what no longer serves us, so this kundalini yoga kriya is an invitation to release whatever holds you back. Please drink plenty of water after this kriya to help you integrate!

As with all kundalini yoga kriyas please be careful with your body. Keep yourself safe from injury. If you feel dizzy, just take a moment or two out. Remember to drink plenty of water during and after your practice.
