The Maine Lobster Club sells the lobster meat used to make lobster rolls. Traditionally, the claw and knuckle meat is used to make lobster rolls due to it's tender and flavorful taste. Our lobsters are wild caught in Maine and the meat is cooked, shelled, and flash-frozen to maintain peak freshness.

All lobster meat is sold in 2 lb. increments and shipped to your home with free expedited shipping. 2 lbs. of lobster meat is equivalent to 10 lobsters in terms of the amount of meat you receive. So, 2 lbs. of lobster meat can be used to make 8 (4 oz.) lobster rolls. Using the claw and knuckle meat, that's just $15 per lobster roll!

We sell & ship to all 50 states - including Alaska and Hawaii.

Maine Lobster Roll

Maine lobster rolls are served chilled and with mayo. Some also prefer to add salt and pepper, celery, lemon, and chives. But we prefer to stick to the basics - lobster meat, mayo, and bread!

Place your lobster meat in a bowl and mix in your desired amount of mayo. A general rule is 1/4 cup of mayo per 1 pound of lobster meat.

Connecticut Lobster Roll (Warm)

Traditional Connecticut rolls are served warm and with butter! For more detailed cooking instructions, watch this how to cook lobster meat in the oven video.

First, to warm your lobster meat, preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Simultaneously, melt 1 stick of butter in a sauce pan. (You'll use this to line your baking sheet and to drizzle your lobster rolls once prepared). Line your oven baking sheet with lightly brushed butter. Place your lobster meat on the pan and space evenly.

Place in the oven on the middle rack and cook for 12-15 minutes or to an internal temperature of 140 degrees Fahrenheit. Check at the 10 minute mark to avoid overcooking. Remember, your lobster meat is pre-cooked, so this is more about warming up than cooking!
