2003 ford f250 power windows dont work radio works

2003 ford f250 power windows quit working but radio works.here is a easy video to understand the ford power window system..must watch ...guy says the windows just quit working all at once ..but the radio works..if the radio has no power and windows have no.power it's probably your instrument cluster it has a relay built in that fails...check f hope this or power at the metal fuse at the top ..if you have power on the bottom slot when you pull.the metal fuse it's a busted wire as long as the radio has power..the top slot on the metal fuse is the blue wire with.black stripe going the connector on the window switch..hope this video helps you.take a razor blade and cut the boot between the door and jamb.to access the broken wire..use 2 minute rtv to put it back together after you solder the broken wire I use a butt connector with the plastic cut off just the metal and crimp the wire back togethor then solder the crimp..then rtv the wire completely covering the butt connector .let.it dry then reinstall the door jamb boot rtv it also.
