Today I am sharing 3 meals which Ive fed my family lately and that have gone down so well.. I hope you enjoy these recipes and thank you as always for watching :)

INGREDIENTS:
PESTO GNOCCHI:
400g gnocchi, 2 handfuls kale, 1/2 avocado, 3 cloves garlic, 200ml veg stock, 1 lemon, 100g parmesan, 100g peas, 80g asparagus tips, salt & pepper

CHICKEN PIE:
4 chicken thighs, kale, peas, broccoli mix, knob butter, wild garlic or regular garlic (3 cloves), 300g chicken stock, 200g creme fraiche, salt & pepper, puff pastry

SALMON DISH:
Salmon, potatoes, parmesan, broccoli, butter, salt & pepper - SAUCE - 4tbsp sesame seed oil, 2tbsp soy sauce, 2tbsp honey, 2tsp fish sauce, 1 lime, 1 shallot, 2tsp ginger powder
