Awesome Peanut Butter Cookies!

Melissa’s peanut butter cookies
Preheat oven to 350. Line cookie sheet with parchment paper.

Blend together:
1 stick of unsalted butter
About 1/2 C. peanut butter
1 C. organic sugar
2 T. molasses

Add:
2 eggs
1 t. Vanilla extract

Sift together, and add in slowly- just until dough isn’t sticky.
2 C. all purpose flour (I use unbleached organic)
1 t. Salt
1 t. Baking soda

Roll dough into balls (about T. Size), place on pan about 2 inches apart. (I can put 16 on one pan 4 rows of 4. Then, criss cross with a fork. Bake for 8-10 minutes. Don’t overbake.

Let them rest on the pan for a few minutes before moving them to a cooling rack.
