Recipe:
2 sticks unsalted butter
4 oz. Semisweet chocolate
4 oz. Bittersweet chocolate
4 eggs
1 C. Brown sugar
1 C. Organic sugar
2 t. Vanilla extract
1/2 t. Salt
1 C. All purpose flour

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Start a double boiler simmering. Melt butter and chocolate together in double boiler until smooth. (Keep it stirred). In a separate bowl, add 4 eggs, sugars, vanilla, and salt. Mix together. Add melted chocolate mixture to the egg mixture, and add flour last. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. When a toothpick comes out clean, they’re done. Cool completely before cutting them.
