Vijayand has recently placed one of the biggest order of 550 busses including 500 volo eicher and 50 volvo b8r 9600 multiaxle sleepers . 4 of 50 volvo 9600 s were delivered on november first week 2023 , and now plying on bangalore mumbai via hubbali belgaun pune route . Bus fare starts at 1500/- per berth . The 1100 km journey will take almost 16-18 hours .
Bus is occupied with market leading safety standerds and speed locked at 80 kmph .
