Stir Fried Vegetables

*Ingredients*

1 whole chicken cut into pieces ( any pieces of chicken you prefer)
2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp grounded (pimento seeds) or a few whole seeds of pimento
1 tsp black pepper
2 tsp cajun seasoning
2 tsp all purpose or chicken seasoning
1 tsp paprika
1 tsp ginger powder
1 tsp garlic powder
2-3 tbsp green season blend
2 tsp browning
Oil for frying

2-3 tbsp ketchup
3 -4 cups water (more for more gravy)
1 carrot (chopped) optional
3 gloves garlic (chopped)
2-3 pimento peppers (for flavor) if available
Sweet peppers (chopped)
1 small onion (chopped)
1 tomato (chopped)
2 twigs fresh scallion & thyme
1 whole scotch bonnet pepper
