The use of has/have
The primary meaning of has/have is to hold or possess something (सँग छ). They are used to represent "to hold or possess" in the present tense. Most of the plural noun and pronoun use ‘have’. In the case of singular, ‘I’ and ‘you’ use ‘have’.
In case of I, we, you and they, we use ‘have’.
For e.g.
I have a nice house. (मसँग राम्रो घर छ ।)
You have been learning English since January. (तिमी जनवरीदेखि अंग्रेजी सिक्दै आइरहेकी छौ।)
We have arrived in Pokhara. (हामी पोखरा आइपुगेका छौँ ।)

On the other hand, ‘has” is used with he, she, it, proper name and title in a sentence. Except "I" and "you", all other singular nouns use ‘has’.
For e.g.
He has a nice house. (उसँग राम्रो घर छ ।)
She has been helping me for 2 days. (ऊनी मलाई दुई दिनदेखि सहयोग गर्दै आइरहेकी छिन् ।)
Use of Had: Had is used to represent past tense. (सँग थियो)
Here are some examples of had in Nepali:
He had gone to Kathmandu. (उनी काठमाडौँ गएका थिए।)
We had been cooking for 1 hour. (हामी एक घण्टादेखि पकाउदै आइरहेका थियौँ।)
Use of will have: will have is used to represent future tense. Example of will have:
we will have eaten food. (हामीले खाना खाएका हुनेछौँ ।)
I will have been studying at the university. (म विश्वविद्यालयमा पढ्दै आइरहेको हुनेछु।)
