Homemade Pimento Cheese Recipe

Pimento cheese is a classic Southern cheese spread and incredibly versatile. It can be enjoyed as a dip with crackers, a spread for sandwiches, or even as a topping for burgers.

👩🏻‍🍳 PIMENTO CHEESE

8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
8 oz. cream cheese, softened at room temperature
½ cup mayonnaise
1 jar 4oz. pimentos, drained and diced
1 diced jalapeno
¼ teaspoon onion powder
¼ teaspoon garlic powder
¼ teaspoon cayenne
¼ teaspoon paprika
¼ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
