Hoa Binh, Vietnam Days 23 and 24 - Meeting a few more local people.

Day 23 I didn't film much, but I included it as I met some local students from Cong Nghiep High School who gave me some interesting insights into how short the school day is for them in Vietnam.

Day 24 I filmed a lot more, including the making of a Vietnamese sandwich...which is a hell of a process, and the end result can't be explained, it has to be tried. In my case it included egg, Vietnamese sausage (cha lua), corriander (cilantro to Americans), cucumber, pickled carrots, pickled daikon, and French condiments including pate, mayonaise and margarine, added to that mix is red chilli....It's bloody good.

Then a visit to the gym, a search for a massage place I couldn't find, it's actually called 'Spa Tam An' and would be amazing, around $10 for a one hour massage. A Korean buffet, then a trip to the Communist Park to take in the falling sun...a perfect day, day 24 was. The actual name of the park in Hoa Binh is Quang Truong, Hoa Binh.

I strongly dislike tourist places, Hoa Binh just ticks all of my boxes.
