Extreme temperature beer brewing with Kveik. Brewday and recipe.

This all grain beer was fermented at extreme temperatures even to my homebrewing standards. I wanted to try what would happen if I pushed my harvested Sigmund Voss Kveik yeast really hard.
The grain bill was very complex but the hops were only Ella hops.
