stuffing:
5 stalks of lemongrass
2 stalks of spring onion
3 cloves of garlic

basting sauce:
4 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp of soy sauce
1 tsp of smoked paprika
1 tsp pf onion powder
1 tsp of ground pepper
2 tbsp of oyster sauce
1 tbsp of cooking oil
1 tbsp ketchup

1 whole fried chicken
