Ingredients:
2 3/4 lbs lamb
1 tbs oil
2 tsp kosher salt
1 tsp black pepper

5-6 cloves chopped garlic
3 cups water
2 pkts beefy onion soup mix (one box)
3 tbs Worcestershire sauce
3 ribs celery
1/2 lb baby carrots
2 bay leaves
3 tsp dried thyme
2 tsp oregano

2 cap fills of browning
2 tbs cornstarch (add a little cold water to make a slurry)
*be sure to taste and adjust for salt
