Recipe is below:

BEEF AND TOMATO STIR FRY

4 to 6 oz. sliced beef
6 medium tomatoes
1/3 cup red pepper
1/3 cup sliced or slivered celery
1/3 cup chopped green onions
1 to 2 tablespoon sliced ginger
1/2 to 1 teaspoon salt
4 to 6 oz. beef
3 tablespoons sugar
3 tablespoons vinegar
1 teaspoon sesame
1 teaspoon dark soy sauce
2 tablespoons light soy sauce
1/2 to 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce or similar sauce
1 tablespoon cornstarch in 1/3 cup water

This recipe is for a big portion. Cut the ingredients in half for a smaller for a smaller portion.

I used New York steak in this recipe. Also known as sirloin strip steak. This cut of beef does not require marinading. Cut the tomatoes into wedges.

Preheat your pan at medium heat. Add the ginger slices. Briefly stir fry. Turn on heat to high setting. Put in beef and let sear for 30 seconds. Add salt and briefly stir fry until beef is cooked half way. Remove beef onto a plate but leave ginger in the pan.

Put all the tomatoes in the pan. Add sugar, vinegar, sesame oil, dark soy sauce and light soy sauce. Add specialty sauce such as Worcestershire sauce, HP Sauce or Heinz 57 sauce. Bring to a boil and let simmer briefly. Add red pepper, green onions and celery. Add beef back in. Stir everything briefly. Serve on a nice plate. This tomato sauce is delicious
