Another cool start to the day, but warmed up quickly enough and remanined warm for the rest of the morning
The run out and ascent up into the peak district is always a killer, but nice on the way back down.
Managed to hold a nice pace, hovering around the 1:35 pacer, just behind on the ups, just ahead on the downs, getting back into the city centre I managed to find a little extra to push on to the finish line but missed out on a course PB by about 8 seconds.

A great day, with some awesome support from the crowds !
