How to make a corned beef hotpot for an easy weekday meal.

Recipe
1 Tin Corned beef
2 Large Potatoes
1 Large Onion
3/4 Pint Gravy

Slice the potatoes and onion finely, then layer the potato, corned beef and onion in a casserole dish with the gravy. Cover with foil and cook in the oven for one and a half hours at 180c/gas 6, remove the foil for the last 10 - 15 minutes of cooking.
