I love it the most when it's not breaded because I think that breading and frying it is just to much. This is an easy recipe and I'll show you how to make it Step by Step with simple ingredients, my mama showed me how to cook and she always explained the steps clearly and now I do the same. ●BAKE 425° Eggplant slices 25-35 minutes (flipping once)
● Once assembled with meat filling Bake 375° 20-25 minutes

INGREDIENTS (Baking the eggplant)____________________
2 Med Eggplants (sliced 1/2 inch thick approx)
1/3 -1/2 C. Olive Oil (don't over do it)
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
1/2 tsp Oregano
1/2 tsp Sweet Paprika
Salt as needed
Pepper as needed


INGREDIENTS FOR MEAT FILLING _______
1 LB. 93/7 Ground beef
1 Med finely diced Tomato
1 Med diced Orange Bell Pepper
1/2 Med. Finely diced Onion
3 Lrg Garlic cloves (grated or minced)
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
1 tsp Oregano
1/2 tsp Sweet Paprika
Salt as needed
Pepper as needed
1/2 - 10.75 oz. Can Tomato Puree
Fresh Basil
1/2 C. Water
