1 egg (Reserve the yolk for the top)
300g warm milk
90g oil
160g sugar
8g yeast
600- 650 g of flour (The amount of flour depends on its quality. Add flour in control)
1/2 teaspoon salt

130g cheese
walnut
melted butter
1 tablespoon of milk to the egg yolk
