Chapter 72: The Lesser Pilgrimage and its Aftermath (Part 2)
1. Khalid bin Walid RA follows his inclinations after the trench and Uhud, about victory being only with the Prophet SAW. He also gets a dream of leaving a barren land into a green fertile land, which he understands as going to the Prophet SAW.
2. Khalid RA requests Safwan and Ikrimah to join his but they refuse strongly. He meets Uthman bin talhah RA on the way to Madinah, and they find out that they’re journeying together for the same thing.
3. Amr ibn Al As not convinced and goes to Negus seeking asylum incase the muslims win, but Negus refuses and advises him to accept islam as he has. Amr RA decides to journey back and ends up with Khalid RA and Uthman RA, journeying to Madinah.
4. Amr Ra and Khalid RA meet the Prophet SAW and come to islam, their past sins absolved. They reunite with their families as well in Madinah.
