Self Determination, Discovery and the Customized Employment Process

This webcast will focus on self determination, Discovery and Customized Employment. Discovery is supported by the state of Virginia as an age appropriate transition assessment and the process was designed to assist teams working with students with complex lives to obtain meaningful customized employment. It is a person centered and person directed approach that answers the question "Who is this person?"
