If you want to get in shape, lose weight and tone up FAST grab a sandbag today! If you dont have a sandbag much of this workout can also be performed with dumbbells.

FULL BODY SANDBAG WORKOUT 



CIRCUIT A (3 ROUNDS)
- Sandbag Cleans (Zercher)
- Staggered Push-ups
- Shouldering (Alternating)
- Good Mornings (Zercher)
- Shoulder to Shoulder Press


CIRCUIT B (HAPPY ENDING)
- Rotation to Squat



Circuit A = 3 rounds “30 sec on 30 sec off” (rest 60 seconds between rounds
Bonus Round = “20 sec on 10 sec off” (3 minutes)
