Food Focus: Xi'an Food Court, Big Wild Goose Pagoda and My Mate Adam, Xian China 🇨🇳

Greetings esteemed viewers. Today is something a bit different. You see I was doing a spot of sightseeing in Xi'an and when I saw Big Wild Goose Pagoda, I kept thinking about my Australian mate Adam. I thought there must be a link between the two, which there is, a thread of connection that spans 1600 years of history. So today, I take you, my esteemed viewer on that journey, through four countries and at least three dynasties to uncover the truth. Think of it like a murder mystery, except nobody gets murdered.

And for those who like to watch me eat, don't worry, you'll get your fix of close ups, today its a Chinese burger and a spicy Sichuan salad. The salad is an instant 'food of the gods' classic, amazing flavour...... I want it now.......
