This is a video of an unboxing, disassembly/motor removal, installation, reassembly of a Minnkota Deckhand 40 electric anchor winch. The install instructions that came with it are garbage, so I made a tutorial video.

This winch was installed on the front of a pontoon boat. This particular installation has the davit connected to the main housing frame of the Deckhand 40, but this tutorial should be helpful for anybody who needs assistance with removing the motor assembly from the enclosure to make room for the mounting bolts
