1 cup = 250 ml; Tbsp. = Tablespoon = 15 ml; tsp. = teaspoon = 5 ml
Ingredients:
1 Kg Fish
1" Ginger
20 Garlic Cloves
16 Cloves
1 ½" Cinnamon Stick
20 Peppercorns
¼ tsp. Cumin Seeds
1 ½ cups Onion
Semolina
1 tsp. Turmeric Powder
1 Green Chilli
Cooking Oil
¾ cup Vinegar
Salt to Taste
1 Egg
1 Tbsp. Fresh Coriander

Makes: About 15 Cutlets
