Vel'Koz, but He is actually Destroing Things. Doom Bot Vel'Koz

Description of abilities:

Organic Deconstruction (P)
Vel'Koz's abilities apply a stack of Deconstruction to enemies hit for 7 seconds. The third stack consumes them all to deal bonus true damage.
New: Research:
Whenever Vel’Koz kills a minion, monster or a champion – he disintegrates and research them. Every disintegration will increase execution point by 2% for the individual champion, 1% for a monster and 0.2% for a minion of their maximum health.
New: Accumulation
After Vel’Koz uses 3 abilities, his next ability will be enhanced. Enhanced basic abilities will cause 20 second cooldown of this effect, Enhanced ultimate ability – for 40 seconds.

New: Devour of Knowledge
Once in 60 seconds, Vel’Koz can devour knowledge of any dead champion, getting information about every enemy champion and ward on the map

Plasma Fission (Q)
Vel’Koz fires a plasma bolt in the target direction that deals magic damage to the first enemy hit. Plasma Fission can be recast after 0.25 seconds while the bolt is in flight, and does so automatically upon hitting an enemy or maximum range. Recast: Vel'Koz splits the bolt in two over 0.25 seconds, each part firing perpendicularly in opposite directions
New: Observation:
Recast: (Press and Hold) Vel’Koz create Void Watcher that lives for 13 seconds and grants True Sight of the surrounding 1100 units. If there is an enemy champion within this 1100 units range, Void Watcher reveals enemy champions for 3 seconds, shoots plasma bolt at his direction and disappear.

Accumulation bonus:

Vel’Koz fires a plasma bolt in the target direction that explode after 1 second delay upon hitting an enemy or after recast. Explosion deal additional true damage
Disintegrated ground slows enemies for 50%.
Explosion can be activated inside terrain to disintegrate it for 13 seconds

Void Rift (W)
Vel'Koz cracks a rift in the target direction that opens after a 0.25-second delay, cascading through the area over 0.65 seconds to deal magic damage to enemies within. After 0.75 seconds, the rift violently collapses, dealing magic damage to enemies within.
New: Actual Rift (Press and hold)

Vel'Koz cracks an actual rift in the ground dealing damage to enemies in the way. Vel’Koz can freely fly over this rift.
Vel’Koz can recast this ability to close the Rift and create void splash in wider area that deals magic damage to enemies

Accumulation bonus:
Vel’Koz create passage through the terrain in the selected direction for 13 seconds.


Tectonic Disruption (E)
Vel'Koz hurls a disruptive anomaly that lands to the target location after 0.25 seconds, dealing magic damage to enemies hit and knocking them up and stunning them for 0.75 seconds.
New: Delayed Disruption (Press and hold)
Vel’Koz hurls a disruptive anomaly that lands to the target location after 0.25 seconds and become invisible for enemies.
Recast: Vel’Koz detonate placed anomaly dealing magic damage to enemies hit and knocking them up and stunning them for 0.75 seconds.

Accumulation bonus:
New: Collapse
Vel’Koz lifts up a piece of ground for 6 seconds.
Vel’Koz can lift up champions with the ground. They become untargetable and grounded.
Vel’Koz can lift up himself with the ground to escape from the enemies.

Recast: Vel’Koz can recast this ability to slam down lifted ground, dealing damage to enemies in the area and pushing them away.

Life Form Disintegration Ray (R)
After a 0.2-second delay, Vel'Koz channels for up to 2.6 seconds to project an energy beam, during which he can steer the beam in the target direction. The beam deals magic damage to enemies hit every 0.2 seconds, and Slow icon slows them by 20%, lingering for 1 second.

Accumulation bonus:
Vel’Koz channels energy beam for 3 second after which he shoots Disintegration Ray at targeted direction, dealing up to 50% max health true damage to enemies he hit.
Experimentation (Ctrl + 2)

Vel’Koz can combine 2 of his any abilities to create completely new one. 1-st ability become base and second – enhance it. After using combined ability – both of the abilities will go on cooldown.
