hiiiiii, back this week with a weekly vlog. I really enjoy both sharing my life and watching others' weekly/daily vlogs in my free time. in this weeks vlog, I shared some of my at home workouts, cooked some vegan curry, tried a new plant based restaurant in memphis, chatted about insecurities, shared some of my work life as an entrepreneur, and gave a brief update on life at the moment. I really hope you all are doing well. life has been a bit crazy for me lately but I've been staying optimistic and grateful. hoping the same for all of you regardless of what life throws at you. I love youuuuu + I hope you enjoyed the vlog.

cacao cinnamon smoothie

(1) one to two cups of oat milk
this will vary depending on the type of blender you have as well as the desired thickness of your smoothie
(2) vegan protein powder.
(3) one teaspoon of cinnamon + more for topping.
(4) one-fourth teaspoon of cardamom.
(5) two teaspoons of cacao powder.
(6) two-three teaspoons of nut butter.
(7) three dates.
(8) two frozen bananas.
(9) blend, blend, blend + add a few shakes of cinnamon on top & enjoy.

veg curry
(1)Add peppers, garlic, onion and ginger to a pan and sauté until translucent.
(2)Add curry power (about 1 tbsp), onion powder, garlic powder, cardamom (optional- 1/4 tsp), salt, pepper, smoked paprika (1 tsp), turmeric (1 tsp) and cook for about 3 more minutes
I’ve been using an Indian spice seasoning lately that includes most of these spices
(3)Add potatoes and broccoli and cook for about 15 minutes
(4)add canned full fat coconut milk, chickpeas, sweet peas, and water to pot (just enough water to cover all the veggies.
(5)allow it to come to a light boil, cook for about 20-30 minutes or until veggies are tender.
(6)add more seasonings to taste
