CORRECTIONS
Correction: 7:49 WoWHead is wrong, you can tranquilize heroic Icehowl's Frothing Rage. (@pepsiandrew16)

Correction: 12:32 Divine Storm actually IS affected some amount of this damage reduction, though it still deals respectable damage because it procs Seal of Command. At first glance this may make it seem like Divine Storm is not reduced, especially when your cooldowns are up, but indeed it is reduced. I was also wrong to say Consecration is your lowest priority spell, it's still better than Judge/Exo, instead you should change your spell priority as stated below:

Normally cleave priority is:
Cons over CS over DS over HoW over Exo over Judge over HW

But here on Faction Champions, you should instead prioritize your spells like so:
HoW = CS over DS over Cons over Exo over Judge over HW

The idea is to prioritize anything that procs Seal of Command over everything else, since Seal of Command damage is unaffected by the reduction.

Correction: 17:17 Shield Wall is much better than Bubble for this, as long as you don't die. (@jonix6892)

Correction: 24:42 I actually did cap the 600k damage on the adds by the end of the fight, I was just 40k damage short of the cap after the last pack of adds at 30% which is what I was looking at when I said that. Editing room mistake caused by replaying the last 30% of the Anub video a second time, so I forgot where I was. This was actually sort of a perfect damage distribution. (@yoloswagfml3904) Many players can now ride SoV the entire fight and still hit the 600k cap, so if you can do that, should be optimal.

EXTRA TIPS
Libram buffs CANNOT stack. That is why we keep Libram of Valiance on full-time outside of Faction Champions, as it is better and can last for up to 31 seconds after swapping into Seal of Command. You only use the PvP libram when you are cleaving in Command full-time, such as Kologarn.

Beasts: just to clarify, Divine Purpose gets you out of the Frost Breath stun, not the Crash stun. You must be stunned before you Freedom, or it will not work since it does not grant immunity. Human racial also works.

Anub'arak: Judgement of Light should be up at all times after 30%.
