We’re training together for the first time in a while! For the past year or so we’ve been following different programs. But today both programs called for the same light, fun, and really accessible, 16-round partner WOD. It was a fun one. Grab a friend and try it… and let us know how it goes for you!

16 Rounds (with a Partner) for Time:20 Double-Unders
5 Bar-Facing Burpees
5 Overhead Squats (95/65 lb)

This was a great way to get a sweat on. Nothing heavy. Nothing complicated. No big sets. Just a nice, accessible, interval-style burner that you can do with a partner.
