In Memory of Judy....

43 years ago today, on June 22, 1969, the world lost one of it's greatest entertainers that it had ever known; Judy Garland. She died of an accidental overdose of barbiturates after struggling with addiction to prescription medication and alcohol all of her life. But this video is not to pay tribute to a tragic icon. This video is to remember a talent that we probably will never see again, to pay tribute to a wonderful woman who brought happiness and comfort to those who wanted it. The lady may be gone, but the legend lives on; in the many films, TV shows, records and radio appearances she made over her 45 year career and through her children, Liza Minnelli, Lorna Luft and Joey Luft, whom she loved very dearly.
