This 40 minute Restorative Yoga Class for the Full Moon Phase invites you to cultivate gratitude in a deeply restful way. As part of our Moon To Moon Restorative Yoga Immersion, grab a bolster, yoga blocks, a blanket and pillow and meet me on your yoga mat to explore some gentle warming movements and then dive into stillness in these relaxing and comforting restorative yoga postures.

In this Full Moon Restorative Yoga Sequence for Day one of our full moon restorative yoga immersion we will rest deeply in supported twists, supta baddha konasana and explore moon to moon restorative yoga. This restorative yoga class utilizes props and is a great style of yoga for calming anxiety. We will be using bolsters, pillows and blocks and this is a great restorative yoga class for beginners.
