RTI Mannlicher 1888/90 - Disassembly and Cleaning

I disassemble and do a deep clean on the Mannlicher 1888/90 I ordered from Royal Tiger Imports.
Overall it's not too dirty, I've seen much worse come from RTI and I've cleaned guns in much worse condition as well.
As I go, I troubleshoot the problem I had with the magazine follower spring, as well as take a close look at the rear sight and bolt to see how they work.
