Mental Health: How Motorbikes Can Help Heal the Mind

Some of you may not know, I lost my nephew to male suicide last year at the young age of 23 and it had a big impact on my family and my outlook on life.

The single biggest killer in men under 45 is death by suicide, which is an epidemic we simply can't ignore. After my nephews death I wanted to learn more and try to help by offering my time and Mental Health Motorbike allows me to do that.
