Описание к видео Rice Laddu | Christmas Sweet | Mangalore Special

Rice laddu, also known as "Rice Flour Laddu" or "Rice Ball Laddu," is a popular Indian sweet or dessert. It is a simple yet delicious treat made from rice flour, jaggery (a type of unrefined sugar), ghee (clarified butter), coconut gratings, sesame seeds and sometimes flavored with cardamom and garnished with nuts. Rice laddus are typically made during festivals, celebrations, or as a sweet treat for special occasions especially Christmas. They are enjoyed for their sweet, nutty, and buttery flavors. The combination of rice flour, jaggery, coconut gratings, sesame seeds and ghee creates a delightful texture that's both crunchy and melt-in-the-mouth at the same time. These laddus are not only delicious but also a symbol of tradition and culture in many parts of India.
