If your mind gets louder at night, if you replay the day, overthink tomorrow, or feel anxiety rise when the room goes quiet, pray with me before sleep. This night prayer is for anyone carrying stress, pressure, regret, emotional pain, or fear that will not let the heart settle. Together we surrender the day to God, release what is too heavy, ask for forgiveness and mercy, and pray for peaceful rest through Jesus Christ.

In this prayer, I ask the Holy Spirit to quiet racing thoughts, lift hidden burdens, and fill the room with God’s presence. We pray for protection over the mind, freedom from fear, and healing for the listener. We also stand on the promise that nothing can separate us from the love of God in Christ Jesus, so we can rest without panic and sleep with confidence in God’s care.
