If your mind feels crowded, if your thoughts will not slow down, and if fear, worry, or self criticism keeps trying to take over, stop scrolling and pray with me right now. This morning prayer is for anyone asking God to renew their mind, calm anxiety, and replace negative thinking with peace through Jesus Christ.

In this prayer, I bring my racing thoughts to the Lord and ask for a fresh start. We lean on the truth of Scripture and ask God to break patterns of fear, comparison, shame, and worry. We pray for a renewed mind, a steady heart, and the courage to take every thought captive and make it obedient to Christ. We also ask the Holy Spirit to heal old wounds, quiet the inner storm, and fill our minds with what is true, noble, right, pure, lovely, admirable, excellent, and praiseworthy.

If you feel overwhelmed by tomorrow, weighed down by the past, or tired of fighting your own thoughts, pray this with me. God’s mercy is new every morning, and His peace is available right now. Let this be your daily reset. Let this be your turning point. Let this be the moment you hand the heavy bag of worry to Jesus and receive calm, clarity, and hope.
