Mythic Battles: Ragnarok Review — Nordic Value!

We review this mini-laden skirmish battler! Set in Norse mythology, Mythic Battles Ragnarok has players taking divinities (like Thor) and pitting them against each other, helped by the draft of smaller units. This type of ameritrash war-game is not new, but now there's deck and hand management, combined with a ridiculous amount of units to pick from (helped from the kickstarter stretch goal unlocks!). There is a miniature plus card game element with card activation and art of war cards to manipulate your decks. While we haven't played the predecessor from Monolith Board Games (Mythic Battles Pantheon), we have played things like HeroScape and Sudden Conflict to give us a good comparison with dice rolling pacing. There is also 2 mini-campaigns, one of which we finished! If you have a bigger group, you can play this 2v2 for team play instead as a 1v1 duel! Who will win over Asgard?
