DESCRIPTION :

The automatic SCREW/Lug cap sealing machine is suitable for Plastic and glass bottle nd speed of 20 – 30 bottles per minute (maximum). The machine is equipped with auto cap feeder for continues feeding of cap for online operation on any liquid, powder , paste , granules filling line.

OPERATION :

The material feed containers moving on conveyor are feed into an in feed star wheel, Star wheel bring the container below the sealing head, during this bottle automatically. Pick-up cap from delivery chute of Auto cap feeder, Sealing Head perform perfect operation of Twisting and sealing the lug caps.
