Ingredients:
75 grams (5 tablespoons) unsalted butter, softened
30 grams (4½ tablespoons) powdered sugar
35 grams (3 tablespoons) light brown sugar
30 grams (2 tablespoons) egg
60 grams (½ cup) walnut
100 grams (½ cup + ⅓ cup) cake flour
50 grams (⅓ cup) bread flour
4 grams (1 teaspoon) baking powder
additional flour for dusting
