Welcome to this 24-minute Yoga Nidra for stress and anxiety with gentle running stream sounds.

This yoga nidra is designed to help you reduce and alleviate stress and anxiety. While all yoga nidra practices will help you combat the effects of stress on the body this practice will help you rewire the brain for creating change on how you deal with stressful times.

The practice of yoga nidra is scientifically proven to reduce stress and anxiety while also being an effortless practice that is often easier than traditional meditation.

Your body will be guided into a deep state of rest using a full body scan and slow breathwork to calm the entire nervous system.

Yoga nidra is a form of NSDR (non-sleep deep rest) and is also known as yogic sleep. If you are looking for a meditation that has gentle nature sounds of water, a female voice and body scan this practice is for you!

You will walk away from this yoga nidra feeling calmer, balanced, clear headed and over time with continual practice begin to create an improved emotional well being and stress resilience.

Stress resilience is about creating the capacity to move up and down within your nervous system in times of high stress and return back to a state that feels good. Yoga nidra can help you improve your stress resilience.

This 25 minute meditation can be completed anytime of the day that works best for you. Traditionally yoga nidra asana is completed lying down, but don’t be afraid to work this in when you have time even if you can’t lie down.
