Welcome back to We Play Games! This video is the tenth in a playlist designed primarily to help you get the tools you need to succeed in Multiplayer, though obviously the things that are successful in Multiplayer are similarly good in Singleplayer (though the current state of the AI means you can kinda do whatever you want to in Singleplayer and feel OP).

This is our first video refreshing the concepts of our AoW 4 (MP) Basics series for the "new" update, the Golem Patch and the accompanying Empire & Ashes DLC. Now, fortunately most of this stuff isn't new if you've played the game prior, but also fortunately Triumph has bitten the bullet and decided to finally give us point-buy when it comes to our Form Traits. That, combined with some pretty meaningful nerfs, means that this video basically obsoletes our old Mind & Body trait video, though I think I'll leave that around for intrepid adventurers brave enough to revert their game version and explore AoW4 the way it once was (note: I would encourage you not to do this, as largely balance is meaningfully better in the game these days).
