Exactly how I made this recipe
Part one:
@ 10am I Mixed
2 cups of ivory teff flour
1 tbsp of fenugreek powder (optional)
1 cup (200ml )of starter
400ml of water (at room temperature)
and stored in warm spot

Part two: @8pm I added
3 cups of barley flour
1 cup of self raising flour
2 Liters of warm
store in warm spot

Part three: @1:30pm (I could have made it earlier, but i was busy and didn't get to it, once the liquid is separate on top it's ready to make, in other word i could have made it as early as 6am)
I poured off 700ml (I poured off about 900ml I added back about 200ml)
if you are using frying pan keep your batter on a thicker side, adjust slowly till you get the desired consistency.

this recipe made 7 large injeras
I also saved about 2 cups/500ml of starter for next use
