今回もご視聴誠にありがとうございます。
だいぶ長らくお待たせしてしまった、パンヘッドカスタムプロジェクト。
進められる体制が整ったので、リスタートします。

今回、トランスミッションのオーバーホールで色々と試してみたいことがあったので、時間とお金をかけて作業しました。

中のギヤは全てAndrews製に交換。
ブッシュ類は全てワンオフ製作。ベアリングのレースや部品の削り出しは全てマシニングにて加工。
摺動部は全てメッキがけ（ローラーはスタンダードで44本）、シムは全て製作、ケースの肉盛りや研磨等。

目的としては内部の組み付けの精度を上げて、ストレスのない、長持ちするトランスミッションを作り上げました。

各クリアランスがきつめなので、エンジンと同じようにある程度慣らしは必要ですが、どのようなシフトタッチになるのか、音の大きさなど含めてテストランが楽しみです。

We have been waiting for a long time for the Panhead customization project.
Now that we are ready to proceed, we will restart the project.

This time, we spent a lot of time and money to work on the transmission overhaul because we wanted to try many things.

All gears inside were replaced with Andrews gears.
All bushings are one-off fabrication. All bearing races and parts were machined.
All sliding parts were plated (44 standard rollers), all shims were fabricated, and the case was flamed and polished.

The goal was to improve the precision of the internal assembly and create a stress-free, long-lasting transmission.

The clearance is tight, so it will take some breaking in, just like the engine, but we are looking forward to the test run to see how the shifting touch will be, how loud it will be, etc.

This vehicle will be exhibited at the Joinz 2023👍.
